Evolving under surface, Mr. Joe is frightening of effectiveness vis-a-vis predators which are satisfied to follow floating stickbait without attacking them. To choose the depth to which you wish to make it evolve, it is enough simply to let it sink and to begin retrieve when it reaches the desired depth.
