This plug is best suited for working through the surface water layers. Built with a tungsten ball for excellent casting it also gives off sounds beyond the range of normal hearing. The 3 different fixing positions on the top eye give you the possibility of varying the width of each retrieve. Inside the body the weight and mass is distributed through the lure thanks to a hollow cavity similar to that in traditional wooden baits. This gives the Bonnie an excellent and natural grip on the water surface which makes this bait particularly versatile.
The Bonnie 128 is notably capable of handling heavy seas unlike many surface lures which can be very difficult to control and work in those conditions .
