The Shooting Star has been developed for anglers fishing with surface lures (water monitor, mud sucker or Bonnie and Clyde) or shallow diving plugs (Arnaud,Squad Minnow, Squirrel…). The action of this rod also lends itself to light rubber lure fishing - weightless, light jig head etc.
