This series consists of six different models, all tailored to specific uses. The blank in this series is manufactured with Japanese intermediate modulus carbon that contains very little resin. This carbon has been chosen by many engineers in aerospace and motor racing for his report lightweight and exceptional strength. This choice proved wise and helped create rods that have an incredible ability to cast. The fish fighting capability is also provided for by enormous power in the butt section. Basically a more subtle version version of the Illex Avalanche. With the Corsair you have all the advantages of a long rod (casting distance greater) without altering its maneuverability needed for throwing accuracy.
